Keep Learning, Growing, Thriving During Summer with TCA’s Adventure Day Camp

June 19 – August 24, 2019. 

Boys and girls 2.5 years through middle school can enjoy unforgettable activities this summer at Timothy Christian Academy. With themed weeks and various day trips, campers will learn new skills while building character and developing good sportsmanship in fun, creative indoor and outdoor settings.

Camper Groups

Preschool and Pre-K are placed together for camp programs.
Kindergarten – Middle School are placed in similar age and interest groupings for activities

Extended Care

7:00am – 9:00am
3:00pm – 5:30pm
This is included in the daily/weekly program cost

Costs and Payment
Registration fee is $50 per camper.
Daily rate is $45.00.
Discounted weekly rate is $205

Trips are an additional cost
Camper T-shirts for day trips: FREE
All payments are collected on line as part of registration. Payments can be in full or on a payment schedule.

Enrollment Procedures

Admittance to Summer Adventure Camp is on a first come first serve basis.

Upon completion of online registration and fee payment you will be emailed an online link to select camp weeks or days. Some days include trips at additional costs. Payments are collected online.

All Tuition/Trip Fees are paid in advance.

Forms, contacts and permissions will be collected
including:
Emergency form, Parent Consent form, Behavior Policy form, Late Fees Policy and Trip Permission Slips

Note: There are no refunds of paid tuition for vacations, holidays or sicknesses. Though weeks may be transferred upon approval and availability.

Additional fees apply to late pick-ups or insufficient fund payments.

CAMP TRIPS
Trip transportation is by bus or car. Parents are required to provide booster seats if necessary. Campers must wear their camp t-shirts on ALL trips. T-Shirts are provided FREE to all campers. Unless notified otherwise, campers must bring their own bag lunch for trips. Trips are subject to change.
